Two-weeks rating

The rating is based on a total amount of requests for each torrent transmitted through all BTDigg's nodes for two weeks.
To avoid overestimation, amount of requests are normalized per ip.
It means that if a torrent is active on different ports and same ip, request from single port will be taken into account.
